Really good breakfast buffet with diverse options.
I faced issues with the room soundproofing. Noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I found the valet parking service to be inefficient, causing delays in retrieving my car.

A huge variety of food for the American breakfast. Terrific and enjoyable room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a large desk, a writing desk, and a chair. Marvellous, brilliant location to The Plaka district for more diverse shopping. Based adjacent to an excellent restaurant in the port, "syntagma square", and two stops from Acropolis.

Perfect location to the main square in about 15 minutes at a leisurely rate, in the relaxing area. Also, easy to get to War Museum.

The lovely rooftop experience
Sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar, I was mesmerized by the fine Acropolis view. The attentive staff catered to my every need.
Unfortunately, I missed the Executive Lounge due to restrictions, which would have been a highlight of my stay. There was no in-room glass.

Breakfast was excellent.
Most surprised could not use gym facilities as had to pay an additional Euro 15 per person as not booked on Executive Floor. No towels in room. Reception staff unhelpful.

The staff were amazing and really helpful. The pool is absolutely lovely and its in a pretty central location, next to the metro so its easy to get around. Can even get the metro straight from the airport there in about 30-40 mins.
They charge for internet!!! How ridiculous - you could stay at a 20$ per day youth hostel and get free wireless, why do you have to pay when you stay at a 5* hotel that you pay top dollar for??? Makes no sense to me. Also, mini bar prices are way over the top - pringles = 11.70 euros, get my drift. On the whole though, a really good place to stay.

Unobtrusive staff, pleasant views of the sunset and Acropolis, everything is good. The room is well-designed and neat and essentials you need, including a big desk, Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar, is right there. It has great location near Hiltonia Spa. Besides, we appreciated the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.
Not obvious to find.

The luxury of being in an executive suite. We felt the staff were courteous and helpful, particularly on the 11th floor. The happy hour drinks and extensive snacks were excellent on this executive level. The hospitality staff were very efficient and polite. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. The reception desk at ground level, particularly the men were reserved, formal but polite. The reception staff on level 11 were always friendly and polite. We would book this accommodation again at this executive level for these reasons.
Gym closed until 9am Sunday
